A day filled with adventure awaits at Mt. Etna—Europe’s highest and most active volcano. You’ll ride through small towns at the base of Mt. Etna before embarking on a jeep tour that includes an exploration of a lava tube—a natural tunnel formed by old lava flows. Following the jeep tour, Guests will have the option to walk some of the area’s trails with a dedicated guide or head directly to Gambino Winery.

Lunch at Gambino Winery & Wine Tasting

Arrive at this gorgeous winery, situated on the eastern slope of Mt. Etna in front of the Taormina Riviera. You’ll enjoy a delicious lunch and tour the winery where they create wines that are flavored by the volcanic born fields.

During a wine tasting, adults can taste how hundreds of years of working the vineyards and a volcanic terroir creates unique complexities in the wine. Top off this delicious lunch in true Sicilian fashion—with a cannoli!

Dinner & Evening On Your Own in Taormina

Marvel at the many historic buildings on the island of Ortigia, the oldest part of the magnificent city of Siracusa, which is located on Sicily’s southeast coast.
